| NEW! RADWIN Releases Base Distribution Unit (BDU)
RADWIN’s
new Base Distribution Unit (BDU) is an indoor device that connects up
to 8 collocated radios and provides uplink traffic aggregation for TDM
and/or Ethernet together with full layer-2 switching capabilities.
BDU
is part of RADWIN's Multiple Point-to-Point solution that enables
delivering dedicated bandwidth to multiple locations from one central
Hub site.
With the introduction of BDU, RADWIN now offers a
complete Hub site solution that includes synchronization of all radios
via HSS technology, control over traffic distribution to all end users,
and over traffic aggregation towards the core network. There is no need
for additional external devices to start the service.
With BDU,
users require less devices and therefore less shelf space, and can
significantly reduce installation and maintenance costs.
